Expo Location

The Living Economies Expo will fill the lobby spaces of Western Washington University’s beautiful Performing Arts Center, the location of the conference’s opening ceremonies and keynote sessions. The PAC is the epicenter of the conference and the location of all morning sessions, ensuring a flow of conference participants.

 

Expo Times

The Expo space will be open during the following hours:
  • Wednesday, June 15:  7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Thursday, June 16:  8:30 AM – 2:45 PM
  • Friday, June 17:   8:30 AM – 2:45 PM
The following are mandatory staffing times when exhibitors should plan to be at their tables:
  • Thursday, June 16:  10:15 AM – 10:45 AM and 12:45 PM – 2:45 PM
  • Friday, June 17:  10:15 AM – 10:45 AM and 12:45 PM – 2:45 PM
We have also included dedicated Living Economies Expo time: 
  • 1:45PM - 2:45PM on both Thursday and Friday
Set up and break down:
Living Economies Expo exhibitioners are asked to set up during the following hours: Wednesday, June 15:  3:00 PM – 6:00 PM  
 
If for some reason you cannot set up at this time, please note that in the ‘special requirements’ field of the regsitration form linked below.
 
All expo spaces will need to be taken down during the following hours: Friday, June 17: 2:45 PM – 5:45 PM 
 

Costs

Rates for the Living Economies Expo:
  • Half table (Half of 6’ wide x 30” deep table, tablecloth, one chair) - $250
  • Full table (Full 6’ wide x 30” deep, tablecloth, two chairs)   - $500

Expo Registration

(Note: Registration for the Living Economies Expo does not include meals or registration for the full conference. If exhibitors wish to attend conference events and have conference meals, they need to register separately for the full conference here. Meals are also available by cash or card to individuals not attending the conference: Breakfast -$7.35 + tax; Lunch - $9.72 + tax)

Living Economies Expo Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If you cancel your registration for the Living Economies Expo on or before June 1 you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. If you need to cancel after June 1 you will not receive any refund.
