Our theme this year focuses on the opportunities and the urgency we face as we work to create a sustainable and just future in Western Massachusetts. The Sustainable Energy Summit emphasizes sustainability, justice, and local community ownership. We'll work together at the Summit to share information about what we've learned and identify the key questions we need to answer as we move forward.
There will be participatory workshops, speakers, exhibitors, and networking opportunities throughout Friday evening and Saturday that will give you practical information to bring back to your home, work, and community. The all-day green jobs workshops on Friday will provide introductory and advanced training for people in a wide variety of green building, renewable energy installations, marketing and sales, and other jobs related to sustainable energy.
